Umm, the order did arrive fine, so I can’t really complain too much. The packaging was basic though, and the box had a little dent on one side when it showed up.

Nothing was damaged, which was definitely a relief, but I do wish there had been a bit more padding inside. Overall, not awful, just kind of average.

The fit was okay overall, but the sizing felt a little off to me. It wasn’t terrible, just not quite what I expected, especially for what I paid. I’d probably double-check the size chart or look for a sale next time.

Overall, I’m happy with it and I think most customers would feel the same. It does what it’s supposed to do and I haven’t had any major issues, though the experience could be a bit smoother in a few spots. Still, it’s a solid choice

Checkout went through fine, but it felt a bit slow tbh. I also had to double-check my address before paying, which was a little annoying, but it got the job done.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I thought it would, especially with the whole thing happening after that. Not a huge deal, but the wait was kind of annoying.

It looks nice when you see it from a distance, but up close I noticed some of the edges and finishing weren’t as clean as I expected. It’s definitely not bad, I just thought there would be a little more attention to detail for the price, if that makes sense.

I ordered a jacket from Vence & Company and I was surprised by how nice it felt when I took it out of the package. The material is thick and soft, and it just gave me that feeling right away that it wasn’t cheaply made. I’ve worn it a few times already, and it still keeps its shape really well. I don’t know, it just feels good wearing it, and that made me really happy with the purchase.

I ordered from venceandcompany.com mainly because I was hoping the comfort would be a step up. After actually wearing it for a few hours, I’d say the material is decent and doesn’t feel too rough on the skin, so it’s okay for shorter stretches.
